While I believe you, it's not possible you have the new launcher. It's not even going to the right url (staging is offline). You download the setup.exe from that ugly ass while page I pointed you to?

Ahh, xinux just reminded me why this is happening to just the few of you who tried Beta.

You have to open your C:\Users\{your account}\AppData\Local and delete the folder "VGOEmulator.net" completely.

That will initiate a new config. The old config has the staging url in it.

i mean it is possible im missing something the log is referencing an lp_options.xml file but i deleted all the ones i found?

Yes, definitely using the old lp_Options.xml - you can tell because it's finding multiple servers and your Odinzz account which does not exist anymore.

Nuke that file, you'll be good.

Btw, are you going to put everyone in the same guild again or just leave it?

The characters have all been wiped, and I recreated the Players Guild, with an auto-join by default. Players can certainly leave that guild if they wish to.

It it becomes a problem with "size" again, we'll either handle it then or boot out the dead weight

Plus, you GMs should have your own guild anyway.

Sorry if this has been addressed already - but I'm getting the following error right when I click on Login after filling in my username/pw:

Any thoughts on how to address it? This was happening a few days ago too when I first downloaded the new Launcher.

I have yet to figure out why I'm stuck at character creation. Nothing strange in the client logs, except some shader issues.

Update:
Seems like it only was a problem with the first toon, since I can create new toons with different names after that. But I can't create Kandra now since the server consider that name as taken even though character creation failed.
Guess Kandra is cursed and will never be able to login on NewTelon even after the server wipe...
