It would equal to 1 copper per stack of 10... anything less would need to be 0.xx (rounded down to 0 at values lower than 1 copper).... else there would be a gaining glitch.

In the case that you cast 3 things. The first debuff applied, would be first in the debuff queue on the mob. (the drop off after a certain time, obviously). I think whether it was resist that was included from the standard stats (int/wis and con [i think you got 1% for every 10] not sure). Anyways, even with dodge and parry. The Best Buff is acceptable if it worked only within their tree (or class). So a buff from one class wouldn't overwrite the buffs from another class. That way we get the benefit of the best buff given to us (for our level) and not have the game mix up buffs between classes. I don't mind having 20 or...
