It's not NV's ctpl, it doesn't even 'see' Vanguard, which was the case while SOE run it as well. Not the culprit. Am wondering if the user that started this thread actually resolved this or failed to, but in typical internet fashion never bothered to come back and inform anyone.. :) Am also ...

The latter already stands, i've (re)downloaded the copy you've uploaded in Google Drive; will try deleting the caches folder however and post back.

Apologies for the bumping, but just run into the same issue and none of the above has helped. Tone mapping, hardware occlusion, character occlusion, both occlusions, the lot combined, each and every setting individually turned off and on, nothing. Rinse and repeat with total client shutdowns, again ...
