It says in the quest that the card is given to the player, but it doesn't seem to be given as a Statement: Expert Manipulation item card. Is there a way to script the card into the player's spellbook or would it be easier to just .copy a Statement: Anything, Rename it to Statement: Expert ...

Elquar and I did some digging and there is (at least one) card missing from the DBE. IIRC from Live, effectiveness penalties or bonuses gave you a lower or higher chance to get a better RNG result when you attempted an action (poor, moderate, good, excellent). They shouldn't ...

Followup - Was testing T2 artificer WOs and noticed that artificer refining WOs were giving Forming and Artificing skillups.

And T2 artifcer finishing WOs were giving both Forming and Artificing skillups.

It might be more, I'll keep adding to this as I find more oddities.
