Diplo Quest on IoD - meeting quotas
I have the diplomacy quest, Meeting Quota's on IoD. It's asking me to collect 5 Hearsay about Trends and 5 Rumors of Blackmail, by going through the basic diplo with people in the area - essentially pushing the levers. Trouble is, the levers aren't working, and I don't seem to be getting any reward ...
