Hello,
i think there are still some issue with Aggro.
i never been aggroed by any mob on the entire xp session on isle of dawn.
i'm now Xping around Qa riverbank and only got aggroed by some wild cat or so.
i still don't aggro mobs even after killing a few in the Village of the Toxicants for example.

hello, i raised that one in game.
i was using lethargy as a lvl 11 Shaman. ( the attack speed debuff )
i'm not at home right now , but i think it was also not working for DoT spell such as flesh roat and hoarfrost .
