I never liked they BBO because being a diplomat I loved going around to various cities getting all of the buffs up that were possible thereby helping everyone with their crafting extra diplo cards/buffs etc.

To me he first rule is to make it harder than you can always make things a bit easier and be praised where as if you do the opposite you will be labeled a cruel nerfer which is not the best.

No I quit when the pvp servers were merged with pve. But I can try I log into him and give you some insight to that stuff.
