It has to be manually set in the database, unless the devs have an easier method. And this is a low priority for us right now. I don't disagree with it being a low priority. On the other hand, our memories are fading, and it is eventually going to be hard to remember what triggered global cooldown ...

I'm in now. I'm not sure what the issue was. Maybe a problem with the ISP. I didn't do anything.

I'm still getting the "No such host is known" error. The launchpad has gone from showing 3 logged on to 5 logged on, so I presume other people are getting in. Should I re-install launchpad or something?

I just finished the complete Unicorn quest line. Kudos to whomever set that up. It went flawlessly. It is a complicated, PITA quest line, and to have it work the whole way through without issues is remarkable.

I can freely switch back and forth between those that work and those that don't, so I don't think it could be that the server wasn't up.
