(Solved) Account creation issue

I'm having difficulty creating a second account for guild making reasons (and it just occurred to me that there may be a GM command to create a guild, but nevermind that now). The account creation page does not work in Chrome or Edge. Attached is a screenshot, and in the bubble is the contents of the email field. I've tried both incognito and normal browsing mode; the screenshot is in incognito 'cuz it just happened to be the one I took. The error is the same across all browsers and browsing modes.
