Did a little research to confirm the numbers. You start with five slots, at level 4 you get three more slots, then starting with level 10 up to 45 you get another slot every 5 levels.

I believe the issue with some people not seeing rain (win7, etc), was due to a shader issue. I think they fixed it a few months before the sunset announcement (mid-late 2013).

From a coding perspective, Z-axis leashing does make sense to me. If the mod can't find a path to the player but didn't reset, then it'd be stuck in a loop. Not only would this cause extra performance hit on the server from the constant pathfinding attempts (especially if a lot of mobs were stuck), ...

Yeah Rez Sick is something that needs to be removed IMO. One way to prevent Zerging is to cause the player that died to be locked out of the fight, so even if the altar is right next to the mob they couldn't do anything for the group until they won/wiped. Standard horses could fit through Khal archways IIRC. There may also be other places where dismounting happens that would benefit from this, just those were the first two that came to mind.
