Tips - Head to the Water wing and hunt down the elemental boss that hides in one of the rooms under the bridges. You may have to clear the room and wait for repops but eventually this guy will come out to get his butt whooped. A word of warning. As soon as you him, you will be set upon by 3 imperial guards. Be ready for this. This is a new addition from what you may be used to since the last time you beat on the elementals. Still, they're not too tough. Just keep an eye out.
