Players go Invisible but reticule still visible - Hathor Zhi

WHERE: In a room within Hathor Zhi at Location -72860 12074 -9889

WHAT: When 2 players move from the room into any of the corridors, they both go invisible and only their reticule is seen.
When 1 or both of the players move back into the room both players can see each other.

If the observing player stays in the room, he/she can see the player that moved into the corridor and the player in the corridor can see the player still in the room.
When both players go through the exit corridor (and go invisible to each other) and exit out to the open area of the chunk, they both stay invisible in the chunk. (unless they go back into that room and then they clear the invis)

Rifting out and then back in to the chunk clears the condition, but is repeatable if the players go back in the room

This is 100% duplicatable

If this is a client defect, there's not much we can do to fix it. Have you determined this is World code that is defective?

If no one remembers it being this way on Live, we may have to look at the communications between the client and server when crossing these invisible boundaries.

I don't recall experiencing this issue on the SOE servers.
Not sure how much traffic Hathor Zhi got after the race starting locations were changed. But I would think that if that bug existed all along, it would have been reported and addressed. It's a real obvious glitch.

Maybe this needs to be reviewed by a few others in that area to really see if this is repeatable

I repeated this easily, starting in the room Glaxano gives the locs to, and moving two characters with each other as target up the corridor to the outside of HZ. Somewhere in the middle of that corridor they go invisible to each other.

Seems like the defensive target portrait and the reticle are tied together and work as expected. You can even clear your target and retarget (using slash commands mind you) and it works fine. What is not working as expected is that the other character is invisible.

The one place I saw something similar to this on live was in the water inside Skawlra Rock, but that issue only lasted as long as the players were in the water. So probably not the same thing. I did see something similar (or same) in New Telon entering Mekalia maybe 4 weeks ago but I didn't report since movement implementation were rudimentary at the time.
