Burning Starter town, maybe you are thinking Shang Village? AFAIK Its still there, -19,7
Not sure if it'll be on fire or not, but you could get to that loc when client was live too[/quote]
That's the place! Thanks for sharing!! Cool to see that place again, as it's been quite a few years. It's still on fire too!

Re: Points of interest in the world
Nice, glad to hear that was the one.
Still on fire you say. might need to make my own trip over, hopefully the Legion commander is still on his Wyvern
*Edit for additional info*
I was thinking about the other spot in N Thestra, are you thinking "Ruins of Castle Landsview"? (22,24)It's in Ocean Watch chunk, just north of Trengal.
IIRC it was right outside the quest hub of Adyinn's watch just to the west. Just a small ruin with a hole in the ground with a staircase going down.
Underneath was a huge expanse, lots of twists and turns and rooms etc. Don't think it was itemized properly, I recall the quest item drops tied into the Trengal line, but it was convoluted and the end reward was another one of the River valley type "what the....? no point yet" items but was a long time ago when last I spent any time in there.
And if that's not the one, there is also Cairnworth Hall, in the Silverlake chunk to the south. Same idea, and same sort of quest set up, tied into Trengal line, was very vauge and meandering with an unimplemented item at the end.

Yes! What you're describing sounds exactly like what I'm looking for. However, I searched that whole chunk, along with the Coastal Graveyard chunk, and I still had no luck in finding it. This area looks exactly like the one that surrounds the hole in the ground that I'm looking for, and I am stumbling across many different patches of graveyard sites and ruins that seem like they should be it. But no luck.. I'm not giving up, though! Still on the hunt..
Thanks for sharing that info regardless, as I think I'm getting closer.
**EDIT**
Found it! Silly me, I just did a google search for "Ruins of Castle Landsview", and it was listed on the Silky Venom site, along with the exact coordinates. I passed right by it when searching earlier! For anyone interested, the coordinates are: 8500 76500 25827
Thanks again for your help in finding this! It was driving me crazy.. lol
**EDIT #2**
Ha, I was wrong, it was actually Cainsworth Hall that I was thinking about (Silverlake, -70665 -48231 42897)! They look very similar, but when I just visited Cainsworth Hall, the memories started coming back even stronger, so that's definitely the spot I was looking for. Thanks again!

Just a few more interesting gems:
Grotto of the Sea Hags: .rift 77 (.move 48176, 76278, 12413) Jump down the hole into a charming grotto dungeon. (See map.) Back in Live, this had its own theme music.
School of the Masters: .rift 83 (.move -70276, 23113, 11590) Hidden in the mountains near Jathred’s Twist. The headmaster’s library contained levitating books during Live.
Islands of Madness: .rift 46 (.move 11887, 40425, 955) There’s a six-dot mob in this complex.
Coterie Infineum Plateau: .rift 66 (.move 11602, 55148, 13471) I'm leaving this here for any newbies. It's one of my favorite above-ground complexes due to its interesting landscape, various structures (some partially hidden) and wonderful background music. (See map.)

Great additions! I had no idea the Grotto of the Sea Hags cave even existed! I never saw it back in live. I do have vivid memories of grouping and working through the questlines in Coterie Infineum, along with the Islands of Madness (the latter of which I recall practically bringing me to madness, due to its frustration and dangerous pulls!).

Not a problem!
By the way, glad to see someone was able to locate Shang Village for you. I also re-discovered another unfortunate village while running around Qalia, haha.
.rift 83 .move (-56305, -86535, 4975)

Re: Points of interest in the world
298 and 298 are two other interesting zones I have never seen before...
They might be from something after I left, but they are new to me!
294 is neat too.

Re: Points of interest in the world
Is there a way to sticky a list of the rifts i.e. rift 83 takes me here? I saw one in one of the forums but now can't find it to save my life. I realize we'll eventually take it away but very helpful atm as I wander around all the parts of Telon I never had time to see or access too.

You may already know, but you can actually just use the name of the chunk (minus spaces), instead of the code. For instance, you can type:
.rift IsleofDawn
For the list of codes, though, check out the Wiki:

Wow, Rift 298 is some place I've never seen before. Maybe another work in progress by the devs? 294 looks like a copy of the Pantheon, but it's in shambles and destroyed. Never saw that either.. Very interesting!
