Can we please not have a slappy?

Or as an alternative: I propose that everytime you drop a Slappy you take a slappy faction hit, as if Slappy is sick of you summoning his ass constantly for the lulz. Therefore eventually you will become KOS to Slappy.

And he hits really hard.

And thus if you summon him too often, he will beat you senseless while making you dance.

I must admit I was surprised to see a thread created with this title by you Jak, I almost ignored this out of pure hate for that thing they call slappy, but knew you couldn't possibly be in favour of it lol

I strongly support the removal or non inclusion of slappy, scrappy and randolph, they were never part of the original VG experience and are cheap tacky add ons that ruin immersion for so many players, just to entertain a handful.

Everytime you drop a Slappy you take a Fogerty faction hit then the raid wipes.

Haha nice!

I know a few players who I won't mention out of courtesy that would drop raid and logout if someone put slappy up, he and his twin scrappy are two of the most annoying things I have seen in game, other than randolph

Kilsin was KoS to both of them and so was my Sorc, I wish I could of attacked randolph!

They only issue I had with slappy was the immersion breaking music that played. Had they come up with an Irish jig that played while he danced, it would have been less immersion breaking at least.

Okay, I have to ask again... what exactly is a "Slappy"?

Slappy the Cool is a Diplo item you got on IOD that when right clicked would make "Slappy the Cool," A dancing goblin, spawn and play music and make everyone one nearby dance. You Tube is blocked here at work but there is a video on there im sure. Just google Slappy the Cool, and it should come up in search.

Oh I thought that was just a GM effect while we were huddled together in the Nexus.

I actually thought it was kinda cool hehe However, I do like Jakkal's suggestion. Maybe a death touch to the person who summons Slappy. Or charm the dancers and make the summoner KOS.
