VGOEmulator.net

This might be a two part question.

1. I downloaded the VGClientLauncher and when I attempt to run the .exe file I get an error that states it is not a valid Win32 applicatino (is there something I am entirely missing that I need to do?).

2. I see that an out of the box install of Vanguard won't work. I have an up to date version on my desktop, but it has been running poorly and was looking at putting a new OS on (have a a really old Windows XP 64 running). Is there gonig to be a way to get the game installed and patched/updated so it would be workable (on new computers?)

Just copy the VG client folder and paste it back in and you should be set.

If you're using a newer Windows OS, make sure to right-click on the application file and under Properties "Unblock" it. Windows8 is particularly bad about locking down files that come from the internet (which is actually a good thing, but it is an extra step).

Make sure you have .Net 4.5, I believe that is the only requirement. I will update the wiki.
