So, will you guys release a repack of the server you currently have running, in the event that you aren't able to collect all data for VG when it gets shut down?

I'm hoping you're able to get everything done in what very short time we have left, but you never know.

I was able to connect to your test server here, and it would be cool to at least be able to keep Telon, forever, even if it is just an empty world with no play value, there is still the beauty aspect of that world that shouldn't die with the game, I want people to always be able to see the world, would love to have no time limit on getting screenshots either..(i've been to buys lately to boot up VG and get screenshots too...)

Added you to the data collect group so you should be able to see that forum now. You can get the data collector there and peruse the threads and projman to see where you can help. Welcome aboard!

A repack of VGOEmu will be available, but likely miles down the road. There is almost no functionality right now, and the setup for what there is is a no-brainer, so no need yet.

As far as collecting goes, I would guestimate we have over 75% of the entire live game collected - not just in NPCs but content as well (quests, items, abilities, etc). These guys have done a kick-ass job the last 4 mos. Vanguard is a huge game, so this was no small task - and they have done an amazing job. We'll have plenty of data to work with for years to come.

I'm not sure if i have the time as of right now to collect what needs to be collected, but if you have plenty of data to make this a fun project years to come then id certainly be interested in working on helping get that data where it needs to be.
