I'm wracking my brain, what little I have left, and cannot seem to figure out what UI I had back in 2008 or so

Does anyone recognize this UI? And if so, ya happen to still have a copy lying around? I loved this one, but can't seem to identify or find it.

No idea, but it looks great.
All the needed information is there without looking cluttered and still gives a great visual view of the world.
Let me know if you ever find it. I'd be interested in trying it out.
