Saddle Bags
IS there anyway to create these or buy them? even a low slot version would be nice

Would love to see saddle bags in the game. I see the slot for them on the UI, but have yet to find one.

Saddlebags are in game. Leatherworkers can make them. I believe saddlebags are on some of the mount accessory vendors. And one is a quest reward for the unicorn and shadowhound questlines.

I rifted to Khal. Encircle it on the outside. There are small stands that fill all of your extra horse slots but of one.
Next, from the rift enter Khal through the two arches. Then cross the lake. On the left side there are the stables where you get the missing final item.
