Harvesting - Quality Grade causing stacking issues

(Noticed this with Copper Ore, but only documented testing this on Isle of Dawn with Jute nodes)
When you harvest a node, the resource is given a Quality Grade, (both the sheaf and the bale)

If you right-click to convert the Graded Jute Bale, it will convert to Ungraded Jute Sheafs (Sheaves?)

If you click to convert the Ungraded Jute Sheafs, it will convert to Ungraded Jute Bales

I don't recall the resources ever having a Quality Grade assigned to them like a crafted item would. I never remember seeing a "Grade A" Jute Bale. I remember that resources were "graded" (for lack of a better term) by their availability - Common, Rare, Ultra Rare. I wonder if this is maybe what's being represented here with this Quality Grade? Whatever the reason, it ends up resulting in differing stacks of the same resource that don't stack together.

This also affects crafting -- You need to have the correct number of either type in order to refine them. I tried with 2 Ungraded and 1 Graded and the system would not let me select the 3 cloth bolts option.

The stacking issue is a legit problem, but I did want to reply to the quality grade existing in Live. It was there, though all items had a grade of C from what I remember. Here is a site with a screenshot from live: https://vanguard.fandom.com/wiki/Jute_Bale

It's likely that in live the sheafs did not have a grade, as you can't use them directly in crafting like the full resource. But it should go back to grade C after recombining.

Also realized this is a server issue, not a content issue, as we don't have any control over how the stacking and unstacking works.

Ah, I see. That's good to know. Thanks for the response!
