Details:
Used tame to charm a Hag Abhorrent .
Then used Recall to go back to Lomshir.
Hag came with me, and is still hanging around.
I don't think the mob was supposed to come with me when I Recalled?
I assumed it would break the charm and stay when I recalled back.
