Details:
Summouning rental Pegasus on IOD results in no mount summoned but character receiving run speed bonus. Seems to came as a result of summoning the mount via the toolbar.
I am unable to clear the situation, even with camping out, dying, or crossing chunk lines.

Player should be advised to start removing gear and see if that allows them to mount.
