DK Spell: Anathamine's Charge
This spell is labeled as giving a 15point DS to attackers. I have been using this since level 4 (I am now lvl 21), and I havent seen it do dmg yet. I have let multiple mobs beat on me without autoattack on to see if any of them lose even the slightest amount of health, and they do not appear to be doing so. It doesnt list as outgoing dmg either on the combat tab.
