Derendar the Wretched in Fallen Academy in Leth Nurae Chunk is only affected by my cleric's Power of Reprisal Proc. I could not cast a direct damage spell on him or hit him with any melee, ability or regular

#1. Player did not read the quest text. It says right there in the quest text, twice, that he's got a protective field on him, and they need to use the stone given to them by the questgiver to dispell it.
#2. Procs shouldn't be able to hit an invuln mob, so that needs to be fixed by the devs.

Procs should no longer damage mobs unless a successful attack has landed.
