When using Touch of Woe, the ability appears to be working, I'm able to cast it on enemy mobs. At first I thought that the ability was bugged as I wasn't noticing the mob taking any damage whatsoever. Upon further examiniation the mobs are taking damage it just is not registering in the combat log or as scrolling combat text.
