Details:
Dread Knight class: Cracked Bleach Scale Vest (Heavy Chest Armor Dropped) required Level 1 - Dread Knight usable. UI is registering it as "RED" unequippable, although that's an error. And, I can equip, and I do receive the stats from the item. So, it appears to just be cosmetic.
