Diplomacy Gear rewards Database Cant get it to work

Good Afternoon all
I was curious about diplomacy gear reward for the Black mail informant etc but could not seem to find any information about such.
I did find a database but cannot get it to work linking it here maybe someone else can find a way to contact the author.
