Details:
This may be a known issue but shields don't seem to be providing ANY Block chance % at all. They do provide AC & Mitigation Vs target. I've got a cleric & tried 2 different shields that provide 2 different percentages (10% & 12%) & neither raised the block chance at all . Even removing or unequipping the shield doesn't effect the block chance stats at all
