Paladin aura Devin Power

Porblem: Casting animation goes off everry 10 sec. Not realy a problem just a bit anoying wil make people turnn it off . Possibly remove casting animation of this aura till its properly working ?

Details:
My paladin started auto-casting "AoDP" every few seconds today.
It persists through logout, re-launching the game. It does not seem to affect other characters. I made a test paladin and boosted him to level 5 (the same as my other paladin) and tried to reproduce the issue, but it's not reproducing except on this one character.
