Details:
Pls, check the quest Beyond the glass - 7998. Slaying to rub ulvari blood on the armor, but nothing happens. For that I cant pass the east wing barrier. Tried to reset and start the quest again, did not help. Dwraf - Cleric - lvl 10, Thank you!

Working as intended.

You have to kill mobs to get the blood "update" to proc. Lots of mobs. LOTS of mobs sometimes. I got it on my toons usually by killing all the mobs in the first and second halls, the room infront of the elevator, the mobs in the elevator chamber, and some of them beyond the barrier (with ranged abilities).
