Details:
Pls, would you check spawn of Shotaru of Pride and Shotaru of Dishonor? Quest is called The Shotaru /IoD. Both are not present in their usual location. Thank you!

They are where they should be according to our Pre-F2P setup, but the POIs haven't been updated.

POIs are updated, this has been fixed.
