Garsu isn't summoning when you blow the horn.

He worked every time I tested it a few weeks ago, but I will check it.

It works. I did tighten up some of the old script so that you have to be closer to his spawn point when you blow the horn. I did notice if you blew the horn from too far away he would sometimes not spawn.
