Details:
the quest 4514 is broken ive killed 100 whirling stones and only got 2 pulsing rocks

Should be fixed. Someone needs to reload spawnscripts though. I'll get to this later tonight when I can and test it.

Tested. It is fixed. I also added more Whirling Stones mobs because the drop rate kind of sucks and there's fewer mobs than the items you need for the quest.
