Details:
Thief in the Night quest #7918. As a necromancer if I have Weight of the Ghost buff on, I can't loot the shard needed to continue the quest. Once I dropped Weight of the Ghost it worked fine.

Confirmed. Same thing happened on my necro with lev on.
