Chunk: the tomb of lord tsang
Quest: No Guts no Gorey (sorry dont have id)

Problem: Believe the item Raw Chitterlings is not being removed from player inventory when you turn in quest. Not sure if this is the substitue item that dev put in to collect. still had this time in m inventory after quest turned in.

Fixed. Item removal function was not set up correctly. Also created the proper item and set that to be used.
