Details:
Horse Thieves - 9032 says to follow my compass to the horse thieves, but there is no location in the quest, and I get no marker on my compass.

This was one of the first quests I worked on, and some data was missing so we didn't have a location marker for it. I simply forgot to go back and add it in once I knew how. This has now been done and should work next server restart.
