Details:
Thorn Cloak only lasts about as long as global refresh. It gets applied, and I can see the green dot in the icon to indicate it is active, but it drops almost immediately. I don't think it was doing that the last time I played a ranger. It is supposed to be up until cancelled or another cloak spell is cast.
