Details:
I have collected 5 Inert Portal Shards and 2 Fiendish totems for quest Otherwordly Artifacts - 4130, however the quest does not update. I'm still (0:5) for both. I dropped the quest and took it again, but it still isn't updating.

Simple typo in the quest script. This has been fixed and now updates normally.
