Details:
Mutant Scare - 5163. I found two issues with this quest. 1) Not all of the "Mutated Fish" in the lake count toward completion and 2) the ones that do give credit count as four (4) toward completion, meaning you only need to kill 2 (rather than 7) for full completion.

The duplicate count toward the quest should be fixed other still need's to be checked.

Looks like there's two sets of identical mobs with different spawn IDs named "Mutated Fish". I've added the second set to the quest. I can't log in now to check but it should be fixed the next time someone reloads quest scripts.
