Details:
Desert Calico - 976. Unable to turn this in upon collecting the requisite quest items (Desert Plant Leaf). The NPC icon remains blue when hailed. NPC offers the quest dialogue (which shows I have 6/6) but I receive no green turn in button. I reset and attempted multiple times and even logged out to no avail.

The quest text says you need to bring the leaves to 'Djau Hashqo', not the original quest giver. Tested and confirmed it's working as intended, turned in with Djau.
