Details:
Quest Whirling Stones - 4514: I have killed about 30 of the Whirling Stones and got only 2 of the Smooth Pulsating Rocks. Please check the drop rate or whether all the stones that should drop the rocks are actually dropping them.

Drop rate is 50%, this is not unreasonable. This player just had super bad luck, it sounds like.
