Details:
While attempting to complete the quest: Loosen the Gugrethor Grasp - 3195,fighting the Gulgrethor Soldiers on the beach causes you to stop autoattacking as soon as you engage in combat.

As combat is still a work in progress this will probably be corrected later on.
Unless there is an immediate action (which I don't know about) to be taken with Gulgrethor Soldiers NPCs.
