Details:
The quest "Into the Den - 2460" does not update in the den, even though I've been all over the den. I found a resource on the web that says the quest should update a short distance into the cave.

They didn't go in far enough. The quest tells you to explore the cave, it doesn't say to find the entrance. They won't get credit until they go farther down the first tunnel.

Just checked it. It's working as intended.
