Details:
Unable to complete the Thestra (Halgarad) starter zone quest, "The Trial of Courage" I was able to accept the quest, the event triggered correctly and I was able to kill the quest NPC (King something) but the quest NPC does not recognize that I have completed the quest. It says completed when I speak to him, however the shield over his head remains blue and will not allow me to complete. I've duplicated this twice thus far.

Just ran the quest a couple of times, didn't have a problem. Unable to reproduce.

They must be running back down to the quest NPC that gave them the quest (Delidrot the Martyr). They need to turn in with Halgar the Hero. He spawns as soon as King Rotham is killed.
