Details:
I had to kill over 20 Fearsome Constructs to get the 8 shinbones I needed for the quest. In almost all these early quests (including this one), the drop rate on the quest item was 100%.

Posting just so it's looked at, whether that's really a bug is up to the designer. Will close the bug out if it's given the ok from content.

They have a 50% drop chance. This is similar to what it was in live. This person had incredibly bad luck, but the quest is working as intended.
