Quest - The Twisting Within
The quest does not update or complete apon locating Ranger Shyath. Quest dialog mentions bringing a scroll to him, but none was placed in inventory when the quest was taken.

Fixed.

Added in the item "Radwian's Discoveries", which you then turn into Ranger Shyath after hailing him. It can now be completed.
