Details:
I just created a new dark elf bloodmage. I got my starter quest from Centurion Dalmarkus. When I moved a few feet away from him I was attacked by an agro level 5 Slitherwing. I don't think there should be any agro creatures at all that close to the newbie area, but certainly not a level 5.

HZ needs a redo in general. Cleanup is done last. Setting this to closed for now as it will be cleaned up later. (Aggro range has also changed since this was reported).
