Hi

The next quest Delidrot the martyr offers ( I forget the name i'll have to try tomorrow to quest reset all and work threw them all again to find the name) says fight your way up the cave and kill another guy. That guy spawned 3 times in a row and kept spawing he can be farmed for items. After I killed him another npc spawned with a quest i think it spawned 3 of the same guy with the quest. instead of getting the quest i ran back down to martyr to get his name ran back up to grab the quest and the npc was gone
