World reconnect issue

I'm not positive how to reproduce this, but I believe if you start Login, then start your world, then take down login and bring it back up, the world does a "connected to login" but Login never announces the new world connection, and the world appears down forever.
I left it for many minutes and it never recovered. Killing the world and restarting it, it will immediately reconnect though.
