World console crash

If you intentionally fubar your startup, like with a bogus IP/Port or maybe even MySQL config, the world used to throw a nice error and sit at a "Press any key" message. Now you get the error, but when you hit Enter or anything it crashes into Separator.cpp - likely a conflict with the console listener.
