Takuni offers no further quests upon speaking to him outside of Wailing Wind Asylum.

This was the end of the line in the Jalen's Crossing quests. I stopped implementing the quests at this point as we wanted to only address starting area quests until further notice. Not really a bug... just where the quests end currently.
